About this tournament

The Washington Tuna Classic takes place in Westport, Washington, targeting yellowfin tuna over a two-day tournament format with an entry fee of $100 per team. Anglers compete in the main event while also having the option to participate in the Big Fish Friday side tournament, where 50 percent of the pot goes to the heaviest catch weighed in at the derby station. The tournament runs alongside the Washington Salmon Classic, offering participants the choice to fish for multiple species during the same event weekend.
