Sportfish Hub is operated by AH360 Photography LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your options.

Information We Collect

  • Email address — provided when you subscribe to the newsletter or create an account.
  • Account details and preferences — your display name, boat name, home port, and saved settings, if you choose to add them.
  • Content you submit — tournament submissions, charter listings, charter inquiries, and reviews, including any contact details you include in them.
  • Sign-in via Facebook — if you sign in with Facebook, we receive your name and email address from Facebook. We never post to your account.
  • Basic usage data — page views and general usage patterns through Vercel Web Analytics. This does not identify you personally and does not follow you to other sites.

Cookies & Browser Storage

  • A Supabase authentication cookie keeps you signed in.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile, our bot-protection service on forms, may set its own cookie while it verifies you are not a bot.
  • Your light/dark theme choice is stored in your browser (localStorage) and never leaves your device.

We do not use advertising cookies.

Third-Party Services

  • Supabase — database and sign-in
  • Vercel — hosting, deployment, and web analytics
  • Resend — email delivery
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on public forms
  • Facebook — optional sign-in only

Each operates under its own privacy policy.

How We Use Your Information

Managing your account, delivering newsletters you asked for, publishing content you submitted (charter listings, reviews), and responding to inquiries. Your information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention & Deletion

Account data is retained while your account is active. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe any time via the link in every email. To have your data deleted entirely, email and we will remove it.

Children's Privacy

Sportfish Hub is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this privacy policy, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
