About this tournament
The Van Wormer Dorado Shoot Out, held in Los Barriles, Mexico, targets mahi-mahi during peak summer conditions when dorado move through the offshore waters of the Caribbean coast. This single-day tournament draws anglers to one of Mexico's established sportfishing destinations, where you'll encounter consistent mahi-mahi action in the deep blue.
