The Orange Beach Billfish Classic, held May 12-16 in Orange Beach on the Gulf Coast, is a five-day tournament targeting blue marlin and white marlin with both catch-and-release and heavy-tackle divisions. Now in its 30th year, the event attracts competitive anglers from across the region and supports the Billfish Foundation as the world's largest tournament donor to the organization. You'll find divisions for traditional anglers, lady anglers, and junior competitors, with previous tournaments yielding blue marlin catches exceeding 640 pounds.
