About this tournament
The IGFA Open takes place March 12-14, 2026 at Marina Pez Vela in Quepos, Costa Rica, targeting blue marlin, black marlin, striped marlin, sailfish, and spearfish. Two full fishing days run from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with weigh-ins following each day until 6:30 p.m. All participants must hold valid Costa Rican recreational fishing licenses and comply with local regulations set by Incopesca.
