About this tournament
The Gulf Coast Masters, held May 20-23 in Orange Beach, Alabama, is a Memorial Day weekend tournament targeting blue marlin and white marlin in the Gulf of Mexico with a $6,000 purse. Hosted by the Mobile Big Game Fishing Club at Orange Beach Marina, this 48-year tradition features daily jackpot divisions and three days of fishing competition in waters that have produced marlin exceeding 1,100 pounds. You'll compete from Perdido Pass Farewell Buoy, with scales operating Thursday through Saturday and a captain's meeting required Wednesday evening.

Entry $6,500/boat ($500 early-bird by May 6, $150 MBGFC members, $1,000 for <37' boats). Optional calcuttas (90% payout): $10K Blue Marlin (50/30/20), C&R Daily $6K ($1,800/day WTA), No Sonar, Crew.
Scoring Rules
Daily jackpots of $1,800 per day (3 days) for C&R catch-and-release competition, winner-take-all each day.
