The Cayman Islands Billfish Bash, held June 27-28 in Grand Cayman, targets blue marlin, white marlin, sailfish, spearfish, and mahi-mahi in waters where the ocean floor drops sharply within a quarter mile of shore. The sharp shelf creates a natural migration route for pelagic gamefish, making the Caribbean location consistent for offshore tournament fishing year-round. You've got access to established catches of yellowfin tuna, wahoo, and other species that support the Cayman Islands Angling Club's tournament calendar.
