The 53rd annual Cape Fear Blue Marlin Tournament takes place May 27-30, 2026, in Wrightsville Beach with anglers targeting blue marlin, sailfish, wahoo, and mahi-mahi off the East Coast. The tournament features a calcutta and draws a competitive fleet competing across multiple daily and overall categories. Based on recent tournaments, you can expect around 20 boats releasing billfish throughout the event, with additional divisions for gamefish species.
