Florida Keys charters cover water on both sides of the island chain — the Atlantic reef and Gulf Stream to the south, and the flats and backcountry of Florida Bay to the north. Book offshore out of Key West, Islamorada, Marathon, or Key Largo for sailfish, dolphin, and tuna, or book a flats guide for bonefish, permit, and tarpon in the backcountry. Trip length and target species depend heavily on which side of the Keys a captain runs.
